Personalised orders, not online checkout

This website presents design ideas, gemstone shapes and component references. It does not show real-time stock, collect payment or automatically place orders. WhatsApp and our social channels are inquiry routes.

Guide prices

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) with approximate US dollar (USD) equivalents. Ring, earring and pendant guides relate to the gold option; Italian 950 silver is quoted separately. Earrings are priced per pair, pendants without a chain, and bracelet components per indicated unit. A component price is not the cost of a complete bracelet.

The final price depends on the actual gemstone, quality selection, measurements, material, construction and accents. Fabrication, taxes if applicable, delivery and other agreed charges are specified in the written quote. A filter based on a range uses its starting amount, not a promise that every design fits that budget.

Materials and gemstones

18K gold and Italian 950 silver are selected and confirmed for the particular order. Known treatments and the documentation available for the actual stone are discussed before payment. Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds and zircon accents are separately identified choices. No image establishes metal purity or gem identity.

Design approval and changes

Before production, confirm the model, actual gemstone, size, details, feasibility, agreed estimate and payment schedule in writing. Lead times, revision limits, cancellation, return and after-sale conditions must be supplied and agreed for the order in accordance with applicable requirements. This site does not promise unconfirmed terms or remove any statutory rights.

Delivery and visits

Domestic and international delivery is confirmed per destination before an order is accepted. Available transport, insurance arrangements, import responsibilities where applicable, total charges and timing are discussed for the specific shipment. No worldwide shipping guarantee is made.

The Bogotá address is provided by the founder. Please arrange your visit first.

Your privacy on this website

The design-brief form runs locally in your browser. It has no submission endpoint and does not store your entries in a database, cookies or local storage. A brief reaches Nocturne only when you choose to send it through WhatsApp or a social platform. Copying or downloading a brief does not send it.

No marketing trackers or third-party analytics are installed in this version. The hosting provider can process connection information to serve and protect the website. Linked platforms apply their own privacy policies. Please do not enter card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal documents into the design brief.
